Landowner Turkey Tags

I see the regs say that if you get a bow tag then the only season you can get a gun tag for is 4th. Does this apply to landowner tags too?

I was hoping to get a 2nd season landowner gun tag and a regular bow tag.

thats correct. Land owner turkey tags only give you a cheaper tag. No advantage on what seasons you can hunt.
