A good thing about 2nd season is that not very many people would be out, i find that a decoy would be useful during this time, as im seeing that there is a little bit of rutting going on, i found 4 new scapes that were not there a week ago, so they were made this week! Wow i was amazed! i think i would also put a little estrus on that decoy

Acutally since muzzle loader is going on, I think it's illegal to use a decoy in late bow season! Im pretty sure, but I would ckeck up on it!

If it is legal, use a buck decoy. A doe decoy attracts antlerless deer and a nosey old doe will get you busted every time.

There is nothing illegal about using a deer decoy during any deer season.

Well, I guess I would use a buck too. Becuase bucks group up together inlate winter, same with the doe's.
If you can do this, I would put it in a feeding position in a field, or close to any food sorce!
I use them in early bow season, I usualy just get curious doe's to come up to them. But anything is worth a try!
