I spoke with Ron Andrews about the possibility of opening up a limited quota season on Bobcats. He has tried to implement a season similar to the Otter season in the past and was shot down. He asked if I could get any others input on this matter and I thought this website would be the perfect place for a vast number of people from different locations within Iowa.
