Really starting to pay more attention to those YouTube Stars and thier shows.
ILike analyzing the cover/ lighting/ backdrop/ ect.
I enjoy watching how deer come in to a shot scene, especially big old bucks because I've been amazed at how often those filming can get a shot in bright daylight in on open field edges, foodplots,Waterholes ect so nonchalantly.

One thing I've been REALLY paying attention to is looking for fences (modern/ built).

The practice of building a fence to funnel deer to a specific opening makes me sick!

Put a good food source out, fence it in untill cold late season comes, open a section have a prehung stand ready for a perfect wind and...

Please Bill W, Jared M, don't EVER stoop to those levels.

I really like watching Bill and Jared. Especially Bill, love his satellite aerials and how he goes over his plans and following along with his projects he does all year. The size of the farm he has/hunts I can't relate to though. Suprising how Bill has struggled to get big deer on his place and how he struggles to see many deer when he huts, Im sure with all the work he is doing they will start showing. Not sure how big of farms Jared hunts, but he is always on big deer.

I will watch little bit of midwest whitetail too, but I don't tune into every episode.

Bills area has been heavily overkilled for years. We own ground not far away, its pretty rough. I know my neighbors let EVERYONE in because "the deer eat all the crops"... a lot of old time farmers that still have beef with deer.... I know the kid that Bill is using right now as his worker/video guy, some eye opening conversations there as well.

Winkes farm sure has potential. What a beautiful area ! How many acres is it ? Anyone know ?

Seems like a tough farm to hunt. Eye opening in what way?

That'd be interesting. Sort of funny how Amos took him to public not to far away one morning and it turned into one of the better hunts Bill had all year.

With how many acres Bill has and all the food and habitat work im sure another couple years he will start having some giants around every year.

I love following along religiously but it's rough content at times. Not sure how he can hunt day after day not seeing deer & believe there's many there. Unbelievably pretty area!!

I agree about using fences or other means to funnel deer by your stand..It becomes more killing than hunting when you get to that point. There has to be some challenge left than to manipulate movement and force deer unnaturally right by your stand. A lot of serious hunters do it though.

I really doubt Bill and Jared would do that. They are 2 guys that I really admire and watch. They capture " the hunt" and are great at doing so.
Win/ lose/ draw.

What I was referring to was, I watched a new episode last night ( Team 200) where Adam H shoots a big buck. Damn near everything in this episode SCREAMED of deer manipulation.
I have always thought of him as a guy that went beyond most guys to shoot big deer. This past episode proved me wrong. Fenced in foodplots, feeders, fence funnels. I'm not into that stuff and won't watch him again.

Bill and Jared are on my short list for sure. It is incredible what Jared is able to produce self filming and he is always on big deer year after year.

Ethan Stubbs and Grant Noble are two younger guys that worked directly under/with Jared when he was with Midwest Whitetail and you can tell in their videos. They have their own channels.
