Todays hunting videos and magazines are flooded with sponsors and advertisements and I get tired of seeing them over and over. But I must say the Lone Wolf ad on page 1 of the August issue of Deer & Deer Hunting magazine is pretty darn cool.
 
I would have to agree with you I have found myself staring at the picture, it is real cool. I tested my wife on what was wrong with the picture, and after about 2 mins, she said the buck’s ear is in the alert potion, I said that is correct, it is a mounted head.

Are you referring to the "give thanks" ad? It is "eye catching". Oh, and that ear thing, my thoughts exactly. Looks like a mounted head in the grass. Still an awesome and simple ad.

Man, that Assualt stand along with about 4 climbing sticks would be awesome... would be a bit nicer than my Alpha stand (never thought I would like a stand better)

Don't know if it cost extra for being on page 1, but I'm sure the ad has probably generated a very good response and probably worth what they paid for it.
 
Yep, I have seen that. Very cool. It is great to see companies supporting Christianity and religion. Companies like Bowtech and Truball just to name a couple. They also get my business.

I dunno, he kinda looks like a Pagan to me. But hey, supporting a religion is supporting a religion, right?

Where did you get Christianity outa that picture? Just because he has a bowed head and is in a reverent pose? I dunno, that is a conclusion based on too few facts. Maybe he is saying his mantra or lookin for nickel he dropped. Maybe he is wearing a cross I can't see, but these days even folks wearing the very symbol of Christianity aren't Christians.

I saw it in a Peterson's Bowhunting Magazine. I thought it was a very good and classy add, never gave any thought to Christianity, just thought he was thankful for the buck.
Fred, I didn't notice the wolf until you mentioned it.

However, I didn't like that they superimposed someone's head onto what is obviously my buff body.
