But they could if Limb dropped his backpack on a buck that was right under his stand!

What kind of pack do you guys recommend if you are not using it to transport you lonewolf or any stand for that matter. I am looking for a quiet pack that has the room and the durability that the badlands 2200 has. I would not mind spending the money for one if I was using it as a multi-purpose pack but in my situation I just need something to bring my gear in and of the woods. The pack I have now is Fieldline and it has about seen it last days. Bass pro has a day pack that has the Scent-lok system and is on sale for $49.00. It features the quiet cloth and 2400 cu. in. Wonder what kind of pack that is?

The only mental edge I get is knowing im in the right spot when I hunt...the rest is just minor details

I've used Rocky packs for the past few years to hunt deer and turkey, but have wanted a little more room in the pack and some increased comfort, so I just ordered a Badlands 2200 to use for archery deer and turkey hunting. I've already got two Badlands fanny packs (the Monster and the Roll Top Stealth) and have been pretty impressed by their comfort and carrying capacity. They've been really great for shed hunting.
