Lone Wolf Stands and climbing sticks

I need some help from those of you that have lone wolf stands and climbing sticks. How do you carry your sticks and stand together. I am guessing their is a way that works better than others but I can't figure it out. Can someone please help me?

I will have to post a picture of the way I do it. It is a little different than limbs. I used to do it the way limb does, but it never worked out quite right for me. The way I do it now is bullet proof for me. I think some will like it, I will post a pic tomorrow.

How in the world do you guys walk in to a dark timber at 5am and set something like that up? Don't get me wrong, I love the concept, I just can't see myself pulling it off.

Or is this more of a "he's exiting the timeber three hundreds yards over there, that's were I need to be tomorrow afternoon" kind of a thing...?
 
I never thought I would be able to pull it off either, but after trying it, it works great. The key is to allow yourself enough time so you are not rushing or making noise. You will get better with practice too. It is a great feeling when the stand is up and you are ready to go. That buck your after may have walked right past that tree the evening before and it looked like all the others. When he comes back through in the morning... surprise!

How come you put it to the side Limb?

I would think it would be a little looser.

I do it like the video and it's solid as a rock.
 
I lay them on the side so it will fit in the badlands, the load also carries better closer to my back. It is rock solid. I use the hook system so I just strap the sticks down with that strap and the hook. I also use a atv cargo net for clothes and other crap that won't fit in my backpack...

I have always used the padded backpack straps on the stand and then just hooked my camelbak to the Lone Wolf which acts as a pack frame. I would think this would result in easier packing - you want the weight close to your body.
