He didn't grow as much as I had hoped. I have his sheds from last yr and he was right around 150. I haven't hunted a bunch but his double throat patch seems to be calling me.
 
Those first couple of pics make him look somewhat young. But the third (I lightened it up a bit) makes me think 4.5+. Good looking deer!

 
I doubt most people realize that you are hunting a different subspecies of deer....... i dont have experience judging them.

Just looking in comparison with these two deer (body size) I'd say he's at least 4.5, I'm leading toward 5.5 plus just based on his size difference with that other younger buck. But like others said, your Canadian deer trump our deer in body size even at a young age so basing him solely off body size wouldn't be too accurate.
 
I was gonna say 4.5-5.5+, but didn't think about subspecies. Still has a gut on him, but not familiar with Canadian deer. Love those double throat patches!
