Sorry for the tangent. Are there any metal fabricators on board? If so please PM me. I have a project I'd like to have made. Prefer somewhat local (Central Iowa) This project is fairly large (end product) but should be a cake walk for anyone that is handy with metal. Thank you.

Yeah I could do that, if you didn't mind globby welds and one leg may be a bit longer than the others.

My welding skills aren't all that good, but I do enjoy gluing metal (steel) together. Best way I ever found to get a sun tan.

Do you already have the steel, wheels, and stuff? Do they have to be a custom size?
Otherwise check grizzly.com or northern tool for prebuilts. Pretty tough to fabricate for less than you can buy on those things.

Hey Fishbonker, you don't need to be a good with a welder if your good with a grinder

I agree with pharmer, buy what you can. If it doesn't need to be heavy duty, just about any leg set well do. For not very much money you can buy laminate and cover your own plywood and make any size table you might need.
