found one one time when me and my buddy were fishing. it was a cooler with tubes coming out and batteries around. WE THINK IT WAS ANYHOW. Didnt stick around!!!!

When cold pills are outlawed, only outlaws will have cold pills!
Seriously though, don't approach anyone you suspect may be involved and don't get too close to suspected equipment. People are crazy and product is toxic.

With the common sense of these individuals teetering on pure stupidity....it is suprising that more of the "Labs" don't end up in a ball of flames. I feel sorry for the folks that have to risk thier lives to clean up these messes found abroad.

One more thing to add...if you see a confused and figity individual out in the woods...report that too. Could be a Meth Head lost in the woods.

The guy that owns the neighboring land from where I hunt ran into a "meth cookery" in his timber when headed out to bowhunt last fall. It was still dark and he could see flashlights in the middle of his timber. As he approached, they all took off but left their equipment. That's scary. He called the sheriff, which did respond. These guys were trespassing, making meth, and could have had a gun or guns. Just be careful in the turkey woods.

Don't feel to bad for the guys that have to clean it up, they get paid well. I know I did it for a year. Don't get me wrong they are nasty, but ou can see from the list most are common household items. It's the whole mixed together that can be bad. I think the worst is the anhydrous, because the lp cylinders will break down in about two weeks and the valves become unstable. As said dont touch anything, if the lp cylinder has broken down it will shot the valve off. Some of the idiots cap the cylinders, lol those are fun, the hazmat companies aren't allowed to transport it, we had to purge it into a barrel of water. Clean over 200 lab in iowa, illinois and minnesota in a year. Still be doing it but the boss lost the subcontract. Informative post for this time of year, good call.
