Minnesota rifles

Minnesota is changing to rifles in certain counties. Most north & central mn counties are rifle only . Southern MN has been shotgun for 50 yrs.

My county (Pope) voted 4-1 to stay a shotgun county . Which we lobbied for ! Finally a good decision.

The county commissioners vote. It’s kind of a cluster, as the neighboring county (Swift) will be rifles, and I have a farm there.

At least Pope said no… good news for the day !

Not real excited about rifles in SE MN either. Hopefully, some of the counties will say no.

When are we going to change Iowa's law? Too many think because it's got the range they should take the shot. The exit hole of a rifle round going through the house.
