Went up north to lake vermilion, didnt catch any giants this year, but I caught a ton of nice pike, bass and walleye. For some reason didnt take any pics of the walleyes, just fried them up

for anyone that wants to catch a lot of fish, the jumbo perch are biting on Lake Winnie, we caught 100+ in 4 hours on Sunday. Ended up keeping 40. Great great eating!!

Fished there last year with work guys, one guy got a 32" , lots of 24-28" . Good times .

My biggest was a 29-1/2" a few year back and it was thick too. Back in the water she went!

Been too long since I've been to Lake Vermillion! One of my best friend's family owns a marina/resort up there. Great pics and congrats on the fish.

We are just getting back from a WY camping trip, where we bought 1 day fishing licenses. I managed to catch 3 Brook Trout out of Shell Creek, something new for me.

Where roughly were you fishing? The wife and I are just headed back to Iowa from a week there (stayed at Eagles Nest).

We fished third river yesterday and caught a bunch of nice perch, 28 keepers. Were you on the west side of the lake?

South side near the access. Anywhere from 13-17 feet of water.
