Found it at the edge of the timber along a small hay field near the top of a ridge.

The stranger find of the evening was finding about 2 dozen bluegill that had gotten washed out of one of our ponds...usually really good mushrooming below them but only found 'gills that night.

Found this today at work. Was at a fiber optics cabinent in a ditch just outside of town and happend to look over my shoulder. Thought I was seeing stuff at first. It was the only one around. This is 2x bigger than the usual morels (even the big ones) in my area. I was on the hunt for a while after this post came out for a big shroom but no luck.
