Moon stands

These would be awesome. I like hunting on the back side of the tree from where the deer are coming from. Will be much easier to hunt both sides of the tree.
 
I like the concept it's nice. But I can buy 5 regular hang ons for what I can buy the half moon for. If they come down in price, or I find one used for a couple years then on a sale for 100 bucks or less then I might be all game.
 
Big Dog makes a 17.5 ft. 2 man ladder stand called the Convex, and it's the same concept with the wrap around sides and big platform. Went on sale last spring at Menards (I think less than $200) and my partner bought 3. We put 2 of them up this fall, and they are absolutely the best tree stands I've ever hunted out of. It opens up shots behind the tree that would never be possible in a traditional tree stand.
