Thanks for all the well wishes! This is the first deer we're going to put on the wall so he's pretty happy he's got bragging rights in that department, lol. Not a broadhead wound. His first shot was a touch high on the shoulder and clipped the bottom of the spine which saved us a tracking job but made a follow up shot necessary. He was standing close enough on the follow up that the muzzle blast burnt his hair a little He was a tank body wise as well in his old age. Wished we had a scale, but looked like a young beef when he was hanging.
