Morning or Evening?

Something defintely turned on tonite. Saw 4 nice bucks, 2 shooters from 5:30-6:30 moving w/out much concern of being seen. With moon the way it is, would you go out in the morning or tomorrow evening? I'm leaning towards evening as I have to believe they are going to be on the move a lot tonite and probably bed down early.

Morning, afternoon, evening. All day sits will be rewarded this time of year!

If the moon is still overhead in the morning then late morning will be a good sit. They'll still be up on their feet till that moon sets.

I agree, something turned on last night, I saw 9 different bucks all up and cruising from 3 pm to 7 pm

Had a 4 1/2 out chasing at 5:15 last night and couldn't get him to come by until after shooting light with the camera...then he came over and stood at 25 yards!!

Man, can't wait to get out again! That moon has them on their feet!

things are odd right now. They want to move. but its too early.

The bucks I saw last night were well after dark (if you can call it dark with the full moon).

I'm going to try a mid-morning-afternoon hunt today.
