Moultire M80 RESET?

Does anybody know how to reset this cam? Customer service told me about a month ago but I forgot. Somthing like shut the camera off, take memory card out and hold in a certain button???
 
Called Moultrie today, they tried a reset; "take out batteries and SD card, turn camera on for 1 minute, then back off/on".

Try this?
 
If you take the battery tray out I think you can see the reset about half way back.
 
I know I changed cards turned mine back on, went to check it a week later and it was locked up.

Took the batteries out for a while put them back in and it has been OK ever since.
