The animal was traveling from yard to yard (eating puppies and house cats), and was last reported in the yard at 1331 13th Ave.

Shot about 8 blocks from my son's house on 12th. Told him to start packing when he goes out to get the paper in the morning.

Kind of a shame they just out right killed him. In efforts to grow the cat population it may have been better suited to tranquilize him and ship him off.
