How many people are finding mushrooms now? I found 70 out hunting yesterday. It looks like the just poped. I didn't find any that were dried up.
 
Been to busy to look. Been hearing of quite a few being found and by the looks of cars parked along the side of the roads words getting out. Happy birthday! Have a good one.
 
Happy Birthday Blaster... I have not seen or heard of many finding a bunch....just a few here and there

Picked just short of 10 lbs two days ago. Yellows were just coming up. Found on hill tops with little overhead canopy.

Going back tomorrow, will be interesting to see if the frost did much damage.

I would go try and shoot one on my birthday like i did last year, but works got me in training all day.

In my neck or the woods, people are just starting to find them in bigger quantities.

This rain may be a little late, but should help the big yellows if we get the heat to go along with it.

couple buddies of mine found a few small greys on sunday. havent been out myself yet.

Kat, did you find them in the hills? My bro and I were thinking of heading down to Turin this weekend to see if we can't find some.
 
They were on an east facing ridge, down towards the bottom. Didn't find any on the north facing slopes or the lowlands.
 
I found about a pound last night around one of my honey holes, only had 30 minutes or so and picked as many as I could in that time. They are up and this rain should make them pop more.
