My first cam photos

I was loaned an older Moultrie digital earlier this winter from a hunting buddy. He actually was given two by another buddy who was upgrading his cams and did not want the older Moultries anymore.

Put the older cam out on 2/20/09 over a corn pile on a property I hunt but a stand location I never got into last fall. Finally got out to pull it today. Did not have alot of photos as I think the batteries did not last too long or else the corn did not last too long /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif Anyway got lucky with my first photos and below are the two best.

I think I could get addicted to this pretty easy. What kind of batteries are best for cams (aklaline, lithium, rechargables, etc.) since I think these are toast already??

Very addictive Brent!

I can't answer your questions as far as batteries go, but nice pics...looks like you have a 'looker' for next year! /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cool.gif

I dont think it matters with the older moultries. They are all very hard on batteries. They fixed that with the newer units. Very very good battery life.

Welcome to the addiction! /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cool.gif I'm sure you'll get some photos of a few giants this summer that will add fuel to the fire for this upcoming bow season!

Great pics too! Thanks for sharing!
