Looks like two different bucks to me also.The browtines on the buck in the back is really close to his bases.The deer in velvet is not.

Yeah, maybe if I get a clear pic of him it might be him. I'm pretty sure it's the same buck due to looking at other pics of him in velvet.

I would say that it is definatley not the same buck, which should be exciting to you. That bottom velvet buck is more mature and on his way to being larger than the hard antlered buck, IMO!:way:
