Gotta swimming pool / ice skating rink for FREE today... water heater decided to take a crap. Hopefully things turn out for the best when the plumber gets here...

Wow... that was fun, and expensive. Thank God for 24/7 plumbers and heater fixer upper types. New water heater, new boards for the furnace that the old water heater blew up on...

Didn't know I could spend that much $$$ in that short of time unless I was in a Cabelas!

The water heater I could have helped you replace. I've replaced the water heater at the last three places I have lived.

The furnace is out of my league.
