Anyone wondering I put a piece of toilet paper on each drip of blood tracking this deer. I would have never found him without it. Especially across a corn field I was able to layout 30 yards trail and line up an entrance into the timber ahead. I then fast forward to that opening and sure enough picked up the trail. When I lost the trail I was able to skip ahead on forks in the trail if no blood go back to where I left off, and try another to finally pick up the trail again.
