I see that I sent my first "announcement text" at 6:09P...so probably about 20-25 minutes prior to that. I shot him, waited about 15-20 minutes, trailed him, which probably took 10 minutes or so and then took a pic of him on the ground and sent that text to some folks at 6:09.

So let's say right at 5:45P, give or take a few minutes.
