Totally irrelevant. I only mentioned KY elk as an example of the type places HF is sending their thousands of subscribers, points or not. Statistically, if you are a NR trophy hunter, KY and many other places they send people to just don't make sense. They are literally not worth the time doing the app procedure, because if you study the price, quality and odds, there are far more places that offer an exponentially better ROI. It's all about perceived value. The fact that Iowa offers points makes it even more appealing to those hunter's building their "HF portfolio".
