Anyone want to come over and help me track down this mythical beast? Supposedly this black bear was sighted a block from my house.

Kratz, think Berk would put it up a tree?
 
I didn't belive it either (still not sure I believe it) but the local news channel has it on their web site.

Sure it wasn't you mistaken for a bear muddy? On all fours after a night of drinking? I guess that sound could be like a bear.
 
About 5 years ago there was a bear northeast of Leon with two cubs. Confirmed by the game warden in that area.

Pretty sure Berk would put him up a tree, I will grab my buddies two Bassets as well and we will have that thing treed in an hour. Get the bow ready!!!

By the way, not sure if it is true or not, but I see they have 11 different reports of a bear roaming the Muddy Creek bike path. I might have to take the camera and go for a drive this evening.

Yeah, the muddy creek bike path is the one by my house Kratz. The "hot zone" is down by the rail road tracks.

Would have helped you last weekend Muddy when we were over there for a baseball tourney. Maybe it was the old boy on a three wheel bike that was hanging out by the fields looking for cans. We had a coaches meeting saturday night at the hotel and ended up giving him a garbage sack full of beer cans sunday morning. Should have seen him smile. I guess it was more like gums since he had no teeth.

Ummmm, Muddy will give you a total body shave before the huntin starts....

And as far as a bunch of drunks in hawaiian shirts, if you're gonna be hunted and shot, not a classier group of folks to get hunted and shot by.

Maybe we could get King Cobra to sponsor us....
