This is not a deer hunt question but does anyone know if Twenty Two bullets with shot in them are sold anywhere? I think they were made at some time in the past. Maybe there is no such thing today? I'd like some. Thanks....

Good question. We used to shoot sparrows in my grandpas shop all the time with those. Filled with sand or something if I remember right.

Two types. Winchester has a crimped brass shell, but I’ve found that the shot leads a rifled barrel terribly. The CCI are a little better, but shoot jacketed bullets after and scrub that barrel!

CCI just calls theirs rimfire shotshell. Available in both .22 long rifle and .22 wmr (.22 mag). They have a nickel case and a blue dome that contains the shot. Winchester’s are in their Super X line. I think they call the #12 shot .22 long rifle shotshell. You can get them lots of places- Cabela’s, Bass Pro, Midway USA, Cheaper Than Dirt... even my local Wally World occasionally has them.
