NR Application Deadline

Hey everyone, just curious is to if any of you can provide some insight on when the application period is for turkey tags. Could not find it on the dnr site, and wondering if it is around the same time or not each year. Thanks

I've never checked into the odds much, but I think the first season usually has leftover tags?
