Yes, Ohio is the big buck state. Iowa is scrub buck land.

I agree that buck is downright huge. I really wonder what the giant will score that is amazing.

You know I really don't know why OH hasn't gotten as much publicity or shows done in there state. They are pounding some giant non typicals and typicals with the net 200 juergens buck shot a few years ago. They have been pumping out just as many as IA if not more.
My understanding is land access isn't to bad over there either.

It seems that shows, outfitters,and others just want to pound some states till they are no good anymore and then they will find OH, SD,ND,NE, and CO. Each one of these states have monsters just not as many people hunting them or publicity.
Canada is whole nother story.

Your correct Tall Tines, land access is not bad at all. Many farmers will allow you to hunt.
