I always stress myself out in hopes that each kid has fun/success with hunting. Tonight Olivia was dead set on a buck and passed this doe right off the back. As the parade continued she passed another 13 does and a spike. We watched this big mama make a big circuit around the field and come back by us. When I assured her that this doe was bigger than her brothers she slipped the safety off and closed our youth season. 3 for 3 on turkeys and deer. Time to relax and have fun for myself in the tree.
