Since youth season started ive took my oldest daughter (8) out to get her first deer. With several chances no luck. So saturday 29th my daughter was bored an wanted to go hunt. So we went out in the rain. As we were 200 yards from blind there we 2 deer 15 yards from it so we waited for them to feed off an slowly made it to the blind. After few hours the rain started coming down steady. I told my daughter we might not see anything shes was fine with that. Told me it was fun either way. At 5:00 she filled her tag with a very good first deer. Very proud of her to stick with it an didnt give up. Memories that will last a life time.
