Opinions on size and possibly same deer

Guys, got these couple pics last night. Curious on what you guys think for score. Clearly an 8 point so probably not real crazy. Maybe close to 140? It'd be a tough deer to pass for me to be honest.

These are photos of a big 8 I got last year in November. I never did see him on the hoof, as I tagged out with a different deer shortly after these were taken. Same deer as this year? If I got a frontal pic of this year's deer, I think it would be obvious whether he was or wasn't the same deer.

I think I answered my own question after looking at the pics more. Looks like the new deer's tines are more spaced out as well as maybe longer beams. Brow tines are hard to see on new deer, but look to be different than deer from last year.

I'd call that a different deer as well.
