Ottumwa Anterless Deer Requirements

I heard about the anterless hunt in Ottumwa and I'm wondering if any of you know about it or can tell me where to get more information. My parents live there and they have deer in their back yard all the time. I thought the parents might like to have a couple less flower and garden eaters in the yard.
I already qualified for the Squaw Creek hunt here in Cedar Rapids. Do you think that I would have to qualify again down there?? I'll be down there this weekend and would like to go ahead and start through the hoops that I'll have to jump through to be able to help out with their antlerless deer problem.
