P41 Repeat triggering

I know this ? has been asked before but I can't seem to locate it. One of my homebrew P41's took hundreds of pics the last time I set it mostly one after another (every minute) at nothing?

I reset it and I haven't checked it yet but it never had this problem previously. Is there something I may have did or something I should look for?

Often times a sign of a weak battery on the board. Have you changed or checked it for voltage lately? Other thought is a short in the wiring which would most likely be at the connection if a servo was used. Any corrosion at the connector?
