paper tuning

Can anyone give me a simple fool-proof plan for paper-tuning? I've been fortunate enough in years past to have a shop I could simply drop off my bow at and pick it up a couple days later "shooting darts". No longer an option...

I know it isn't the most difficult process, but the task is a little intimidating to me.

Shoot throught the paper. If it is tearing high left. Move it low right. With your rest you move it opposite of what it is doing. Unlike your sight where you follow the arrow. Start your rest height to match that of your bunger(berger, dont remember which one it is called) hole on your riser. (Hole where your rest hooks onto your bow). And go from there.

Good Luck
