Free, java script so runs on any platform (Mac, Linux, Windows, etc), recognizes many files (and you can download plugins for lots of other files), and did I mention it's free??

Photoshop is great but I use this when I need fast work. Nice features to it yet easy to use. You can e-mail pics, upload to web albums, etc:

I've been using "photofiltre".. It's pretty good and free for personal use.. Just google it up.
