I've never wanted to shoot a hen so bad. I have seen this turkey 2 years now and she is always 60 yards away. Except when I have exclusively hunted her and not deer then I never see her. It's funny, the other hens are not nice to her at all.

I can't hit a moving baseball size target at 60 yards consistently enough to take that shot.

Not Lurks, but it was someone's in that ring. Good memory! He killed that deer I was after last year...watched the bow madness episode this year where he harvested it. Kinda weird to see a deer you put a ton of effort into get shot on TV. Jared actually killed that deer several miles from this spot :way:

PT's old farm? I actually stayed in that house last year when we were down shed hunting. The guy from 3D posts owns it now. If that is the spot, you my friend are in the mecca of whitetail hunting. If memory serves me right, there is close to 8k acres locked down in that area that is all heavily managed. Pretty neat area!

This dude came by about 4:45 yesterday. If you look close he has a paddle like right side. pretty

young/small but cool! Look forward to watching him bloom through the years!:drink1:
