Just remember, these books are not always up to date. I see some land transfers from 3yrs. ago that are not changed in the book yet. Some transfers show up the next year. Not sure why or where the publishers get their info.
Also these are not an accurate or reliable boundary indicator. Close but often off enought to get you in trouble. Get property lines confirmed by the owner or county public records.
