Please Read

Yes, please read all - Lesson on forgiveness for all grown men on the site - and those younger as well:

A "TEENAGE hunter" comes back on to publicly apologize for the wrong he did. Maybe we should take advice from a "TEENAGE hunter" instead of being so quick to tell people how they're wrong... I've read a lot of crap on here lately and it sure can be solved very quickly by an "I'm sorry..." but I think we're too good for that sometimes...

Thanks for the lesson TH - you're not perfect, me either, and none of us reading are. Advice is great here - and I've come here for a lot of it, but there is a difference between helping and condemning... Great job and get out there and hunt if you're dialed in and feel confident. :way:

Welcome back Josh. Keep at it. Looking forward to following along with the rest of your season :way:

I was getting ready to type the exact same thing. You just showed your true character, Josh. We've all done it before and I honestly don't think I would have ever admitted wrong-doing or apologized when I was your age. I think you just earned a great deal of respect from a lot of guys. Thank you for setting a top-notch example! :way:

Hell. I didn't even know you were gone. Shows how much I pay attention.

X2...all I'll say is my IW "record" isn't squeaky clean so I know both sides. Glad cooler head prevailed. Pretty cool knowing a "teenager" can find that kind of "gusto".

We all need thicker skin, at times...and like someone else said, life goes on!

Good to have ya back TH. Love ready ur posts and look forward to it again. Takes a real man to swollow ur pride and do what u did. U got my respect buddy.

You have my respect TH, All of the guys on here who gave you heck for making questionable shots have at some point in their life made a questionable shot as well... And for those of you who say that you haven't are either the luckiest hunter out there or haven't hunted enough to know what a questionable shot is. Just remember to practice and take your time to analyze the shot before taking it. Hunting is about having fun and enjoying the outdoors. Having the utmost respect for the animal you hunt is my golden rule, I try to make sure that my shot is placed ethically so the animal suffers the least amount possible. Just remember that everybody has missed at some point in their life whether they want to admit it or not. Whether it be a trophy buck or a doe enjoy the moment while it last because God only gave us so many.

Thanks for the apology Josh. Glad to see you back. I really like your passion and drive for hunting, don't ever quit.

You made some mistakes, as I and many others have. But it seemed you were not learning from them and repeating them. I was not the first or only one that said something but I guess I have painted the biggest target on my back. Never thought or wanted you to get that pissed, just wanted you to try harder not to make the same mistakes again. Sorry I should have been a little more sympathetic.

Hope you also read my last post in that thread before it got locked.
