I’m kind of surprised more laws a haven’t come out regulating thermals. I know of atleast 2 instances where people were shot because someone thought they were a coyote.

Lol easy boys, hackles down. I didn't say (or even vote yay/nay on this likely irrelevant poll) that thermals should be banned. I don't think that's possible at this point. I would like to see some serious teeth with punishment after the fact and possibly pre-emptive laws. Is driving down the road with a loaded rifle in your lap something to be looked at? Dunno what preemptive looks like but if someone is spotlighting with a gun in the vehicle it's ticket able. I don't believe driving around, stopping periodically, with a loaded thermal rig is ticket able at this point.

I’ve heard of many slugs going through the sides of houses during shotgun seasons. Maybe we bam guns for deer hunting.

The issue is not identifying what you are shooting.

I suspect the Latte’s have a bit to do with it! My neighbor blames the Hmongs for the holes in his buildings and blinds.. probably more to it judging by the empty cans laying around. Correct tho! Things currently banned or already well known as being stupid are the main cause of all our “issues”
