Just wondering if anyone out there has any experience in getting pond permits from the dnr. I looked over the forms and they look really complicating, along with a lot of plans and drawings. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Our local NRCS person told us that we didn't need one if the pond was under 7 acres. Over that we needed to get the corps of engineers involved. Don't hold me to it but that's what I was told.
