They upgraded to 3.8.9 and seems they lost the vbadvance cmps configuration and lost some of their custom setups.

Muddy I'm very fluent with vbulletin and looks like most the errors and loss of certain pages came with the 3.8.9 upgrade. Now note you may want to take a look at the xenforo forums software. All the good coders left vbulletin and went to xenforo hint the crappy upgrade releases. Sorry for going off topic but I ran vbulletin for 10 years.
