It was posted by a guy on there by the screen name of 'revup.' A lot of good support coming from that site on the topic:way:
Is there any way we could get this as a sticky?
EDIT: Gov Branstad stepped in this year, and decided he knew better than the DNR biologists, and kept the antlerless license quotas the same as last year.
It's now up to us, as hunters and sportsmen, to make sure the right thing is done for our state deer herd.
Here is a link to what the proposed quotas should be right now.
Be aware of the county you hunt in, and the number of licenses sold.
Tell every one in your hunting party, relatives, friends, and neighbors that hunt.
