I was fortunate enough to be with Hunter last night when he killed this beast. He made an amazing shot on this stud dropping him in his tracks. This is not his first buck either, he also has a 130" 8 to his name along with a doe and he is only 8yrs old. I will let Must_hunt fill you guys in with the rest of the story, and yes there are some GREAT field photos of him and the buck but still havent been posted. I think that I might have cracked a couple of the little guys ribs when I ran up and hugged him but I don't think that he has felt the pain yet.
I will also say that all the Deskin kids are real whitetail fanatics and love hunting as much as anyone of us here. The funniest thing that I heard from Hunter this year was when I asked him what he was going to shoot, his response was "if he ain't 140 or better then I'm not shooting."
Hunter, once again congrats ya little goober you really made me and your dad proud last night.
And to Maggie and Molly.........get ready because your up next.
