Public land to hunt late season does?

Anyone know of any public land that would be good to hunt the late doe season in Allamakee, Winneshiek, or some of the southern counties that still have doe tags? I would like to take my boys out for the late season, but I am not familiar with any public land in these counties.

If you mean the high power season it isn't open in Allamakee or Winneshiek.

I think Stephens (Steven's?) State Forest maybe open.

sorry this is a little off subject but speaking of lake sugema, do they let you ice fish there when theres a good cold winter? id like to pull out a few of their walleye.
