I just got some pheasant and goose meat from a friend for christmas. The Goose has been marinating. Do any of you guys have any good recipes i could try out? Plan on cooking it up Sunday while watching the Bears win. /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/whistle.gif

Slice them thin and wrap in bacon and fry in on grill. Brush with BBQ sauce when you take them off the grill.
