I dont believe you can accurately age a deer especially late season buy 1 pic or a grip n grin. That being said your definitely sounding a little jealous of skip! Just be happy for fellow hunters regardless of what they shoot or what they have! Nice late season buck!!!

YOU made it!!! Good for u!!! His mom makes his & that’s the difference!!! He’s in 50’s should be capable by now!!! He’s even incredibly jealous of his younger brother (who is 45) he got a job at Arby’s - making the curly fries.
 
Way to stick with it CW! Wish I had something like that to go after late season. Did the first shot hit “no mans land”? Probably close enough to the spine it shocked him and he dropped.

And deerman……. why u such a douche? Who give’s a sh*t who’s land he hunted or any of that. Not every mature buck is 160”. Again get lost bud

So it was like an inch or two below the top line. Hit spine as there was bone bulging on its back.

That’s crazy he got back up with a spine hit. Figure he would have stayed down long enough for a follow up shot. Cool you were able to see him again and put him down for good

Wow, it's sad to say that Deerman54, being a new member, has the audacity to comment like that! According to his profile he is 68 years old but apparently chats like a jealous 13-year-old. It's been many years since someone that ignorant joined this site, thanks Skip for banning him from our love of whitetail community!
