I tried to do some research on this, but got varied results. Can you refinance an ag loan just like a normal mortgage? Any special rules? Does using the FSA change your answer?
Yep. Easy!!! If FSA is involved- not sure on that one. If very specific questions - Deep Woods goat hunter on here can assist. Very doable & I personally remember refi on AG being easier than houses several years ago.
