Even though I'm registered as an independent for voting purposes (but tend to lean towards the Republicans more than the Dems), I got this email from the Iowa Republican leader. Now I realize that the "suggestions" are just that, but I found it rather troubling while some of us are fighting for Sustainable Funding (SF), others are suggesting "cost saving strategies" within the DNR that are counter to SF goals. Maybe time to send a few more emails?

Thanks for the heads up! IMO there is some scary stuff in there. Everyone needs to study this, make up your minds on were you stand then contact the appropriate individuals. Just my $.02... /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
