Reward Offered in Shooting Death of Florida Panther

A $15,200 reward is being offered to anyone with information that leads to an arrest in the shooting-related death of a federally protected Florida panther.
The dead panther was found near Big Cypress National Preserve on April 21, according to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Officials estimate the panther had been shot about a week prior.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service are investigating the case. Anyone with any information on the case is encouraged to call 888-404-3922.
